In the back of the Earl, at the club, some of Atlanta's most respected bands and lesser-known (but equally respected) national acts jam for cheap covers. Up front, local barflies pound frosty Guinness and juicy burgers. It's best not to think about this place with the lights on, though. Instead, focus on finding a seat at one of the deep booths or scattered tables and cherry picking gems from the stellar jukebox. If the bar gets too crowded, you're welcome to spill out onto the sidewalk, where you won't be hassled about open containers or strict re-entry rules.
